While I was there my boyfriend proposed and I told Dana at the front desk out of excitement, and a few days after being back in Minnesota we got a letter in the mail from Euless, Texas. Dana went out of her way to buy me an engagement card. This girl needs a raise. She is incredible and made our experience at the Aloft wonderful. The rooms were also so nice — we will be back. We just had our wedding here this past weekend and we were blown away by the staff. We originally signed the contract with Mediterranean Villa because it was in our budget and offered us a Vietnamese 8 meal course. I wasn't very excited about how everything looked but I was willing to look past it. Once the change of owner was announced I was a little nervous but I was so excited because they ended up remodeling and making the place exactly what I wanted from a venue. The Staff, Rebekah, Dana and Rob were amazing! They made sure the everything I needed to make my day special was approved like coming in early so I can get my hair and make up started. Our guest couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the venue was. The only little thing that I was different was the food. I was a little disappointed in the food. I know it wasn't the traditional stuff you get at the Vietnamese restaurant but the food wasn't good like what they served us at the tasting. I am glad that the Springs is now a open vendor venue because I would totally cater with someone else. The server that the Mediterranean Villa's cater wasn't very good as well, we had some tables with missing entrees and some tables with double. At the end of the day the Venue is Gorgeous and I would book again. The staff is amazing and really does go above and beyond.
